1) Chaubatia Gardens

This garden is known as ‘Chaubatia Garden’ is located around 10 km from the South of Ranikhet which in Almora district. It is at an altitude of 1,800 meters and covers almost 600 acres of land. This wonderful location is the best place for nature lovers.
2) Haidakhan Temple

Haidakhan who was believed to be an incarnation of Lord Shiva is said to be the one who made this temple. This particular temple is completely dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is at a distance of 4.6 km from Ranikhet. It is on a hilltop which indeed offers beautiful scenery.
3) Jhula Devi temple
Known for: Religious place and beliefs, photography, ancient history.
Jhula Devi temple is a famous site that is an 8th-century ancient temple which is located at a distance of 7km from Ranikhet. The temple is covered with dense forests having long and deep, dense trees. This temple is dedicated to goddess Durga Maa. It is believed that once the wishes of the devotees are granted by Jhuli Devi, the devotees offer a bell at the temple.
4) Majhkhali

Majhkhali is an en-route to Almora. It is a small place located at a distance of 12kms from Ranikhet. You would find several beautiful picnic spots in this place. This place is also famous for a religious place which is a Maa Kali temple. It gives mesmerizing views of snow-capped Himalayan and a wonderful climate.
