Himachal 50th golden Jubilee Statehood Day

The inception of beautiful state of Himachal Pradesh came into existence on April 15th 1948. It was the day of 25th January 1971 when Himachal attained its complete statehood and Dr. Y. S. Parmar became the first Chief Minister. This is the proud year for Himachali as they are celebrating the Golden jubilee in 2021.

The Chief Minister Mr Jai Ram Thakur congratulated people on 50th Statehood Day and promised to contribute in growth and development of the state. The state would be celebrating series of *Fifty one* functions one of which would be attended by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Novel Corona Virus had undoubtedly minimised the scale of statehood celebration but Mr. Ram Lal Thakur is able to keep the spirit of celebration alive by announcing the series of events to be celebrated throughout the year.
